How to access Device Manager
There are several ways to open Device Manager. The ways are different depending on the Windows version installed on your computer. In this article, we’ll show you a common and easy to access Device Manager. This way applies to all Windows versions including Windows 10.
Follow these steps to access Device Manager in all Windows versions:
1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the run box.
2) Type devmgmt.msc and click OK.
Then Device Manager will be opened. Here taking Device Manager in Windows 10 for example:
For devices with problem drivers, in Device Manager, you’ll see a yellow mark (yellow triangle or yellow question mark) next to it. Like below screenshot shows:
